Composition per vial:
500mg NAD+ per 3ml solution in a pen cartridge.
Physiological effects:
NAD+ is a co-enzyme responsible for energy release from food molecules in the form of ATP. Decreased levels of NAD+ result in inefficient energy release and increased weight gain. Optimal NAD+ levels result in improved mitochondrial activity, sirtuin activity, PARP activity, neurotransmission & cellular repair.
Dosage & directions for use:
0.3ml (30 units on the auto-injector pen dosage dial) to be injected subcutaneously into the fatty layer under the skin. The NAD+ infusion can be re-administered daily or on alternate days with no limit on how long the course of NAD+ should last.
Tips:
1. NAD+ should be colorless. If it is yellow or orange,
do not administer. The patient comes first!
2 The cap comes off when you pull it.
3 Find somewhere fatty with low nerve count to inject.
4 Pinch the skin to bring it away from the muscle.
5 Cold NAD+ stings more.
7 Air bubbles are not dangerous but can be painful in S/C. Keep the pen very still when injecting or it can cause bruising.
8 The single greatest risk to the patient is infection at the injection site.
9 Take the cap off for greater control and less pain. It is there only for those with needle phobias.
