I've been drinking ió fibrewater for a couple of years now and have found it's really helped with the digestive issues caused by fibromyalgia. I'd previously tried prebiotic supplements, which didn't help. When I saw something online about ió fibrewater, I thought I'd give it a go, not really expecting it to help. But after a couple of weeks, I noticed the stomach pain, gas, and nausea had eased considerably. I still have some really bad days, but every day was a bad day before, so I'd say it's definitely worth a try if you suffer from any digestive issues! Also, their customer service is great, and it tastes delicious! 🍋🍋‍🟩🍓

I love this water, since taking it for over 5months now, it has helped with my IBS, also I eat less, and drink more water, cannot tolerate TAP water, so hardly drank water, but now because of the taste of io fibre water I now want to drink water.Glad I discovered this product, yes I recommend

The product has made me feel much…

The product has made me feel much better I wasvery constipated,had very little energy and was breathless. All much improved. Did not feel quite so good when delivery was held up but improved again 2 days after started taking a bottle a day.

Seen the 12 day challenge, read up on the product and was intrigued!

12 days later I have gradually improved my awful sleeping routine, lost over 1kg in weight and have better toilet trips than I did pre fibre water.

I will be continuing past the 12 day challenge and cannot wait to see the longer term benefits to my body, and sleep!

Just delicious!
I don’t like flavoured waters - they always taste strange and artificial to me - but ió fibrewater is lovely, maybe because it’s made from natural ingredients. In fact it tastes so nice that my fussy 14yr old boy loves it! The fact that the drink is so high in fibre but really low calorie means that I can hit my fibre goals and not make much of a dent in my daily calorie allowance (and getting extra fibre in my teen son is one less thing to worry about).
