Article: Why ReverieLuxe?

Why ReverieLuxe?
From a woman who prefers not to talk about herself… I’m Hannah.
I’m a mum of two, running two businesses and constantly searching for what actually works in the worlds of beauty, wellness, and lifestyle.
I’ve tried it all—luxury products, viral trends, and “life-changing” solutions that didn’t live up to the promise. Along the way, I’ve lost hope, trust, and far too much money.
Why I Created This Space
ReverieLuxe is the platform I always wished existed: a carefully curated collection of products I actually use—each one selected with honesty and care because it genuinely made a difference in my life.
In many ways, this journey started years ago. I was once a blogger for The Huffington Post, writing about beauty, wellness, and lifestyle—what worked, what didn’t, and everything in between. I’ve tried transformative practices… and some frankly bizarre ones—all in the name of feeling better—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
What Wellness Really Means to Me
As a woman in recovery from addiction, living with anxiety, and recently diagnosed with ADHD (yes, another one!), I’ve come to realise that wellness isn’t about quick fixes or miracle products.
It’s about sitting with yourself and showing up for yourself—even on the days you’d rather hide. It’s about finding rituals, tools, and products that support your body, calm your mind, and help you feel more like you. Whoever that is.
To me, wellness IS a luxury. Not just in terms of products—but in time, space, and peace of mind. It’s something I’ve had to fight for. And now, I want to share what’s helped me along the way.
Why Now?
Over the past year, I’ve quietly built my store, explored what living well means, and started letting go of the things that don’t serve me.
I didn’t want just to list products. I wanted to share why they matter—to offer real reflections, honest recommendations, and grounded guidance in a world full of noise.
The term “luxury wellness” is often used. But here, it means something deeper. It means slowing down, trusting yourself, and investing in tools that genuinely support your healing and growth.
